Sustainability Promotion System

To achieve corporate growth and contribute to building a sustainable society, we maintain the Sustainability Committee, which is an advisory body to the Board of Directors. The purpose of the committee is to determine priority issues and the scope of action for ESG and SDGs to implement CSV strategy across the Duskin Group.

Chairman; President and CEO; Business/Administrative Group Operating Officers
Operating Officer responsible for ESG/SDGs
Executive Officer in charge of the Secretariat
Two or more members who are either Outside Board Directors or Outside Audit and Supervisory Board Members

Main function

Determine the medium-term basic policy and annual action plans regarding sustainability and deliberate on how to address unresolved sustainability issues

Two times annually (May and October)

- CSV/ESG medium-term management plan review and KPI setting
- CSV/ESG materiality progress and KPI review
- Duskin Integrated Report interim review
- TCFD (Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures) progress report
- ESG evaluation
