Since its inception, the Duskin Group has been guided by the management principle of "Unifying Business and Morals," which seeks to meet society's expectations with joy in our hearts and pursue sustainable growth while remaining beneficial to society.
Therein, we maintain Principles of Conduct that each individual employee must follow, and through this, employees regulate their own behavior.

Principles of Conduct

To actualize sustainable growth while contributing to society under the principle of our management foundation "Unifying Business and Morals", we maintain Principles of Conduct that every individual Duskin Group employee must follow. Following these rules means fulfilling the hopes of customers, people in society, franchisees, partners, shareholders, and coworkers at the workplace, and is nothing less than sowing the seeds of joy and executing Prayerful Management.

Code of Conduct Statement

Aiming to be "a trustworthy and reliable company"

As a concrete guideline for executing the "Code of Conduct", we have constructed the "Code of Conduct Statement", and apply it to business operations.

Contributing to the "Sustainable Development Goals" (SDGs)

The "Sustainable Development Goals" (SDGs) action plan, comprised of 17 goals and 169 targets, was adopted at the UN Sustainable Development Summit in 2015.
By examining the relationship of these goals to overall value chain business and continuing to contribute to the sustainable development of society through our business activities, we want to do our part for the actualization of these SDGs targets that should be attained across the globe by 2030.
