Sustainability Policy

Since our founding, the business of the Duskin Group has been guided by the principle of unifying business and morals. Under this principle, we pursue sustainable growth while striving to meet people's expectations with enthusiasm and benefit society at large.
To do so, we have established principles of conduct, against which we expect all employees to check and adjust their behavior.

Principles of Conduct

Our core principle of unifying business and morals guides us to achieve sustainable growth while benefiting society at large. Under this core principle we have principles of conduct for all Duskin Group employees to follow. It is our belief that these principles will guide us to satisfy the expectations of customers, communities, franchisees, business partners, shareholders, and coworkers at each workplace. In other words, these principles guide us in sowing the seeds of joy and practicing our philosophy of Prayerful Management.

Code of Conduct Statement

Aiming to be "a trustworthy and reliable company"

As a concrete guideline for practicing our Code of Conduct, we created the Code of Conduct Statement, which we apply to our business operations.

Contributing to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)

The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) action plan, comprising 17 goals and 169 targets, was adopted at the UN Sustainable Development Summit in 2015.
By aligning these goals to our operations throughout the value chain and striving to contribute to the sustainable development of society through our business operations, we will play our part in reaching the SDG targets, the aim of which are to resolve global issues by 2030.
