Osaka (January 31, 2024) — Duskin Co., Ltd. announces that it has decided to cease providing the services of and dissolve EDIST Co., Ltd., its consolidated subsidiary, on Sunday, March 31, 2024. EDIST Co., Ltd. operates the EDIST. CLOSET clothing rental service.
